The whole process ofcustomising and building the villa with Le Loft Bali was pretty relaxed and easy. I found Le Loft Bali trustworthy and fair in our engagements, and always willing to incorporate the design changes we wanted. I was very hands off throughout the process (by choice) and trusted Le Loft Bali and his team to deliver a great product which they did!
Communication was clear throughout the process with Le Loft Bali always accessable when I need him to discuss progress.
Also a specific highlight on just how excellent we found the layouts of plugs, switches and lights post moving in (something we didnt put alot of thought into ourselves) as well as the money other little design ideas.
Additionally handover to the builder for maintenance and support of some additional customisations was seemless as well as tapping into Le Loft Bali network of contractors, whether it be for custom joinery, furniture or curtains.
